Tammy Switzer, FNP-BC
Tammy Switzer, FNP-C completed her Masters degree at Regis University and has spent most of her career in either oncology or ICU. After 20 years of bedside nursing, it was an obvious choice to take the next step to challenge herself by seeing her own patients and making decisions on how to best treat and care for them. She loves caring for and teaching her patients and her advice to her patients is to make sure to have important conversations while you are healthy about your wishes if/when you can no longer speak for yourself.
Tammy was born in Madison, IN but grew up in St. Louis, MO. She moved to Colorado in 2007 from Jackson, WY. She currently lives in Highlands Ranch with her 3 hairy children (aka dogs), Teton, a yellow lab; Jackson, a chocolate lab mix; and Missy, a red cattle dog. When not working, she watches too much TV and reads a lot. She also loves to paint and she loves moose.
