Efren Whitehead, Jr.

Efren is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with experience serving seniors in a variety of different settings and has held multi-site responsibility leading teams and overseeing the operations for skilled nursing facilities and life plan communities throughout the United States. He also served as the Quality Advisor for the state of North Carolina working alongside the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) to support skilled nursing facilities and similar environments with a multitude of quality care improvement initiatives.

A graduate of East Carolina University with a bachelor's degree in Health Services Management, Efren received his masters degree in Health Administration from Webster University.

Efren enjoys spending time with his family, reading books about leadership/personal growth and development, trying culturally diverse foods, playing basketball, and traveling.
